Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure that properly reviewed billing kits are sent to clients within the established SLA to ensure payments are made by their due dates
Receive and review client-submitted movements, ensuring compliance with contractual rules
Analyze, review, submit, and track enrollment proposals with the insurer and client, when necessary
Upload files to insurers’ websites or send them by email
Download, review, and send invoices to clients; return discrepancies to the insurer for correction
Store client and insurer files in each client’s internal system
Prepare reports and allocation statements according to the client’s requested format
Send billing kits to clients by email or through the relevant system
Negotiate extensions to boleto due dates with carriers when there is a department-related failure or delay
Address client questions by email or phone
Record endorsement transactions in Alper’s internal system
Keep internal controls completed and up to date
Propose improvements to processes under your responsibility
Contribute to the training of Insurance Technicians I
Participate in client meetings
Focus on serving corporate clients

What you’ll need

High school diploma; a degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field in progress is preferred
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Basic knowledge of Group Life Insurance
Commitment to the quality of deliverables
Strong organizational skills
Analytical mindset
Good communication skills
