About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Issue policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Review documents and information to ensure the proper formalization of transactions
- Support the organization and updating of policy records in internal systems
- Manage operational requests with insurers for policy issuance and adjustments
- Track requests and ensure responses are provided within established deadlines
- Support the sales and technical teams with process status information
- Handle internal requests with speed and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with defined SLAs for activities
- Safeguard the quality and accuracy of processed information
- Follow established operational standards and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed high school education
- Experience in insurance operations
- Knowledge of insurance processes, including issuance, endorsements, and renewals
- Familiarity with management systems such as Quiver or similar platforms is preferred
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Sense of responsibility and operational discipline
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive approach within the scope of the role
