About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in General Practice or Family and Community Medicine, with a corporate focus and emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention programs.
- Plan, structure, and oversee health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management programs.
- Integrate data from Occupational Health, corporate outpatient clinics, and Clinical Care.
- Conduct audits and co-regulation of authorization codes and medical procedures.
- Monitor operational and financial indicators related to authorization management.
- Provide medical care and clinical consultations according to corporate and outpatient demand.
- Consolidate and present management data and results.
- Maintain relationships with the GSR and Client Relations teams.
- Participate in strategic and institutional meetings as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Medical degree with an active medical license (CRM).
- Specialization or substantial experience in Family and Community Medicine or General Practice.
- Proven experience with Health Promotion and Risk and Disease Prevention programs (corporate Primary Health Care—PHC).
- Experience in medical auditing and the co-regulation of authorization codes and procedures.
- Experience integrating data from Occupational Health and Clinical Care.
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems, electronic medical records, and BI/dashboards.
- Ability to develop and deliver management and executive presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence.
- Analytical skills and a systems-level understanding of the healthcare business.
- Proactive approach and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
