Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day tenant relations in connection with property management
Welcome tenants during dedicated drop-in hours and record their requests
Monitor and process requests related to tenancy matters
Lead the marketing and allocation of available housing units
Prepare and process applications for the housing allocation committee
Draft leases and arrange for their signature through a paperless process
Follow up with tenants who are in arrears
Set up and monitor repayment plans
Provide social support and follow-up through the implementation of relevant procedures
Represent the organization to tenants, elected officials, and partners
Participate in committees and institutional meetings
Ensure the flow of information and the traceability of data
Analyze operational results and propose action plans
Contribute to projects led by the local directorate and the company
Work in tandem with a community liaison advisor as part of a multidisciplinary team

What you’ll need

Two-year post-secondary qualification (BTS or BUT) or equivalent experience of at least 3 to 5 years
Flexibility and adaptability
Ability to work as part of a team
Versatility and strong organizational skills
Excellent customer relations skills, including listening, advising, and handling requests
Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license
Experience in the social services sector is an advantage
Knowledge of industry-specific software and network applications is an advantage
