Requirements
What you’ll need- Construction leadership experience in operations, project management, preconstruction, workforce planning, estimating, labor planning, contractor growth, or field operations
- Background such as Director of Construction, VP of Operations, Operations Manager, Senior Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Preconstruction Executive, or a similar role
- Experience in commercial, infrastructure, mission-critical, industrial, civil, or specialty-trades construction is highly relevant
- Open to full-time employment or project-based contract engagement
- Remote-first with travel as partner and field work requires
- Ability to join limited monthly remote advisory sessions
- Interest in workforce scarcity, compensation competitiveness, and operational labor interpretation
