About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map faculty activity reporting, annual review, and promotion & tenure processes
- Configure FIS platforms and integrations with SIS/HRIS
- Plan data migration and reporting for accreditation
- Train faculty and administrators
- Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when authorized naming
- Work on current higher-education projects for a public university procuring a faculty information system for activity reporting, annual reviews, and electronic promotion and tenure dossiers
- Confirm scope, schedule, and fee with AlphaGov before any engagement begins
- Participate as a project-based collaborator in remote-first engagements with occasional client travel
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of professional experience implementing faculty information systems in higher education
- Experience with Watermark Faculty Success, Interfolio, Elements, or similar
- Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant
- Accreditation reporting (SACSCOC) experience
- Academic affairs background
- Integration with Banner or Workday
