About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in higher-education regulation, accreditation, or state education IT modernization
  • Requirements and business-process analysis experience
  • Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant
  • NYSED or state higher-ed agency experience (nice to have)
  • Experience with low-code case management platforms, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Dynamics (nice to have)
  • PMP (nice to have)
