About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in mass appraisal or real property assessment
  • Working knowledge of IAAO standards and ratio studies
  • Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant
  • IAAO designation (CAE, RES, AAS) nice to have
  • New York or Pennsylvania assessment experience nice to have
  • Statistical modeling skills nice to have
