Key responsibilities & impact

Gather requirements and map public works, highway, parks, facilities, and permitting workflows
Configure or advise on EAM platforms such as Cityworks, Maximo, or comparable platforms integrated with ArcGIS Enterprise
Plan data migration, asset inventories, condition programs, and preventive maintenance programs
Design work order, inspection, service request, and inventory processes, including mobile field use
Support testing, training, go-live, and change management for municipal staff
Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when authorized to be named

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of professional experience implementing or supporting asset management / work order systems for municipalities, counties, or utilities
Hands-on experience with Cityworks, IBM Maximo, or a comparable GIS-centric EAM platform
Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise integration
Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant
Permitting / licensing module experience (nice to have)
Highway or transportation asset management, including pavement, bridges, or signs (nice to have)
PMP or vendor certification (nice to have)
