About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years total compensation, benefits analysis, or compensation consulting for public-sector employers
- Experience valuing employer-provided benefits as part of total compensation
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and report-writing skills
- Experience preparing materials for executive or board review
- Multi-state public benefits familiarity (nice to have)
- Prior consulting/subconsulting (nice to have)
- CCP/CEBS/WorldatWork (nice to have)
