Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated Oregon and/or PNW municipal, county, special district, or school-district class/comp delivery
  • Able to serve as named SME / project partner with written references
  • Job evaluation, pay structure, and market study experience
  • Comfortable with contract / project-based engagement
  • Local presence or strong OR/WA/ID public-sector network (nice to have)
  • Recent Oregon municipal past performance that can be cited on proposals (nice to have)
