Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Interest and some demonstrated work in labor economics, workforce analytics, operations research, industrial engineering, applied economics, statistics, data analytics, public policy, construction management, business analytics, urban planning, supply chain and operations, or data science
  • Graduate students, PhD candidates, early-career researchers, and analytically oriented professionals are encouraged to apply
  • Open to full-time employment or project-based contract engagement
  • Remote-first with travel as partner and field work requires
  • Comfort with publicly available labor-market and compensation data
  • Interest in construction workforce intelligence rather than purely theoretical research
  • Ability to contribute about 3–5 flexible remote hours per week on the fellowship track
