About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead resident needs assessments and service-coordination plans
- Connect residents to employment, training, financial-capability, and supportive services
- Build partnerships with service providers, workforce boards, and community organizations
- Set up case-management workflows and resident engagement activities
- Track resident goals, service use, and self-sufficiency outcomes
- Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading resident services, service coordination, or family self-sufficiency programs in public or assisted housing
- Case management and community-partnership experience
- Knowledge of housing authority operations or assisted-housing program rules
- Outcome tracking and reporting experience
- Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US
- Housing authority staff or leadership experience (nice to have)
- Workforce development or financial-coaching background (nice to have)
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) (nice to have)
