About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct network formation, governance, and strategic planning
- Facilitate member organizations such as hospitals, clinics, public health, and social services
- Lead the community health needs assessment and network work plan
- Develop shared services, care coordination, and sustainability strategies
- Track network performance and health outcomes
- Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience directing a rural health network, consortium, or multi-organization health collaborative
- Knowledge of rural health care delivery and financing
- Strategic planning and governance facilitation experience
- Program management, budgeting, and reporting experience
- Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US
- MHA, MPH, or FACHE (nice to have)
- Prior federal rural health network grant experience (nice to have)
- Critical access hospital or rural health clinic leadership (nice to have)
