About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze student demand, enrollment trends, and off-campus market supply

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of professional experience in student housing or higher-education real estate market analysis
- Financial feasibility modeling experience
- Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant
- P3 student housing experience
- SUNY or public university experience
- Survey design skills
