About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead program design for outreach, intake, case management, and job placement
- Build partnerships with veteran service organizations, housing providers, workforce boards, and employers
- Plan job training, credential, and supportive-service offerings
- Coordinate with veteran health care and housing resources
- Track enrollment, placement, and job-retention outcomes
- Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when authorized to be named
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading veteran employment, reintegration, or homeless-services programs
- Case management and job-development experience
- Knowledge of veteran-serving systems and benefits
- Outcome tracking and reporting experience
- Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US
- Veteran or military-family background (nice to have)
- Prior federal veterans employment grant experience (nice to have)
- Experience with veteran housing programs (nice to have)
