About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple Meta accounts on a daily basis, including budgets, bidding, account structure, and setups in line with naming conventions
Develop and consistently implement a testing and scaling framework
Test new concepts and angles in collaboration with the Creative Strategist
Identify and scale winning ads
Manage campaigns based on CAC:CLV
Ensure tracking and data quality through pixels, CAPI, and event setup
Brief and approve creatives
Provide weekly and monthly reporting on spend, CAC, new customers, and contribution margin
Take responsibility for four Meta accounts and the testing roadmap
Contribute to the 2027 new-customer acquisition targets for premium pet food brands

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of proven hands-on experience in paid social, particularly with Meta
Direct budget responsibility of at least €150,000 per month
Systematic creative testing using angles, hooks, and iteration
Strong D2C or e-commerce experience
Experience managing campaigns based on CAC and contribution margin
Solid working knowledge of pixels, CAPI, and attribution, including MMM and DDA
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets
Initial experience with Looker, Klar, GA4, Asana, Confluence, and Slack
Data-driven, source-critical, and independent approach to work
Reliable documentation and proactive communication when deviations occur
Fluent German at C1 level
Very good English at B2 level
