  • Prioritize the roadmap across customer journeys to eliminate friction for target segments.
  • Embed AI-native product development and features.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and leadership for seamless execution and alignment.
  • Use market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic pivots and product decisions.
  • Own the Wealth product roadmap across trading, portfolio management, and ledger from ideation through implementation.
  • Translate business problems into complete, technically grounded specifications, defining success criteria, scope, and pre-development decisions.
  • Deliver integrated B2B2C experiences across web, mobile, and other channels for bank and financial-institution clients.
  • Define API documentation and technical contracts with engineering teams using REST and FIX protocols.
  • Define non-functional requirements for performance, reliability, security, and data integrity.
  • Use AI tooling as a core part of product work.
  • Define telemetry covering user funnels, full-stack performance, error categories, and business outcome metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS fintech, trading, or wealth management environment.
  • Domain knowledge of wealth management and portfolio management services — DPM, robo-advisory, trading, ledger, or similar — plus the technical acumen to navigate solution design trade-offs.
  • Hands-on experience building or prototyping mobile applications that integrate real APIs.
  • Track record of hypothesis-driven, user-centric product development.
  • Strong analytical skills, turning complex data into actionable, strategic insight.
  • Ownership mindset and a "yes, and" attitude; thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, data science, and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SaaS metrics (e.g. ARR).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent written English, Arabic a plus.
  • Active, demonstrated use of AI coding and product tools (Claude, Cursor, or equivalent) as part of your daily workflow.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in IT engineering, computer science, business, finance, or a related field.
  • Prior hands-on experience in software engineering or building 0-to-1 products is a plus.
