About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Lead and mentor Digital Transformation Specialists and other project team members
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Collaborate with senior management, business units, and external partners to identify digital innovation opportunities and ensure successful project implementation
Evaluate and integrate new digital technologies into existing systems and processes
Ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations
Track and report on the progress and impact of digital transformation initiatives
Use data and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the organization's digital capabilities
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related role
At least 2 years in a leadership position
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in a business context
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to bend, sit, and stand to perform primarily sedentary work
Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs
Capable of climbing/descending stairs in an emergency situation
Able to operate routine office equipment
Able to work on a computer for an average of 6–8 hours per day when necessary
Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site when required or requested
Regular, reliable, and timely attendance
Ability to work indoors in a climate-controlled shared work area
Ability to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision
Ability to read and carry out written and oral instructions
Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations, spell accurately, and understand computer basics
Ability to speak clearly and deliver information logically
Ability to deal calmly and professionally with diverse personalities and demonstrate high levels of customer service and discretion
Ability to perform under deadline pressure and requirements for extreme accuracy and quality
Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities
