About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement, and maintain applications, portals, dashboards, and corporate tools
- Develop integrations between systems, platforms, and data sources
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and application deployment
- Apply software engineering best practices, version control, and collaborative development practices
- Support the development of applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Develop technology tools to support account, opportunity, and market analysis
- Automate research, collection, processing, and consolidation of commercial and strategic data
- Support the deployment, configuration, integration, and ongoing maintenance of developed applications
- Work with Linux and Windows environments and infrastructure services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Networks, or related fields
- Familiarity with tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Wazuh, or other monitoring platforms
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure, computer networks, and Linux and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Preferred: knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and semantic search
- Preferred: understanding of evaluation, observability, and security for AI applications
- Preferred: experience integrating with AI model APIs
