About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the operation and support of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN networks.
- Administer and monitor Aruba environments, including switches, access points, and Aruba Central.
- Lead technical teams, assigning activities and tracking performance and deliverables.
- Monitor key performance indicators, SLAs, incidents, and environment availability.
- Resolve critical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Coordinate projects involving the deployment, expansion, upgrade, and improvement of network infrastructure.
- Ensure documentation, standardization, and the implementation of security best practices.
- Manage vendors, partners, and contracts related to infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Information Security, Projects, Support, Sales, and other IT teams.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and technological advancement across network environments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing higher education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience managing network infrastructure and operations.
- Experience with Aruba Networks, including Aruba Central, switches, and wireless solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management best practices.
- Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and interacting with manufacturers.
