  • Advise Altavia Group subsidiaries in France and internationally
  • Manage a diverse range of matters in business law, competition law and consumer law
  • Handle intellectual property and digital law matters, particularly artificial intelligence
  • Handle communications and advertising law matters
  • Handle personal data protection matters
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with operational teams
  • Respond to questions from operational teams and provide legal advice
  • Monitor litigation and pre-litigation matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced legal education, with a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Law, Advertising Law, Communications Law or Digital Law
  • 5 to 7 years of solid professional experience
  • Proven expertise in contract drafting and negotiation
  • In-depth knowledge of the advertising or communications industry and its regulatory framework is essential
  • English used daily as a working language
  • A third language (Spanish, German or Polish) would be a strong advantage
  • Good knowledge of the GDPR and/or insurance law is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated, autonomous and rigorous
  • Strong legal precision and responsiveness
