About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively build solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, including LinkedIn, Dice, and Greenhouse
Craft and send recruiting emails
Execute sourcing searches using cold calling, networking, applicant associations, professional groups, websites, Boolean searches, and targeted companies or individuals
Manage candidate experience through the sourcing process
Screen candidates for availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications
Establish and maintain accurate, well-documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, and related information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Minimum 1 full year of experience for Experienced Engineering Recruiter
Minimum 3 years of experience for Senior Engineering Recruiter
Very good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural context
Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical knowledge
Microsoft Office experience
Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM, preferred
Must be able to work on Eastern Time Zone
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening required as a condition of hire
