About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the integration of Fleet Management System (FMS) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platforms
- Collaborate with software vendors, automation teams, and manufacturing stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking technical teams
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of AGV solutions within production environments
- Document technical requirements, system interfaces, and integration processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience implementing or supporting AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) systems within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), including system integration activities
- Experience working with software interfaces, data exchange, and manufacturing automation systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to translate and interpret complex technical discussions between teams
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience
- Experience working on large-scale automation, digital manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 projects
- Knowledge of factory logistics, material flow, and smart manufacturing environments
- Previous involvement in multinational engineering or software implementation projects
- This role may require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance
- Candidates must complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard as part of onboarding
