About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct civil engineering condition assessments of water-sector structures
- Design water infrastructure and facilities for drinking water supply, wastewater, and stormwater management, including DIAG, EP, AVP, and PRO phases
- Conduct and monitor related and supplementary studies
- Manage tendering and bid evaluation phases (ACT)
- Monitor construction works, including VISA, DET, OPC, and AOR phases
- Contribute to technical studies in urban water engineering, particularly drinking water and wastewater diagnostics and master plans
- Oversee and manage project execution
- Monitor, supervise, and manage construction works
- Accept completed works and manage project closeout
- Participate in business development meetings and lead project meetings
- Contribute to tender responses and pre-sales activities
- Manage the construction supervision team
- Monitor projects in terms of contractual and accounting commitments
- Manage relationships with contractors
- Collaborate with the Brétigny-sur-Orge and Nancy offices, as well as other locations nationwide
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in urban water engineering, in a construction supervision role
- Engineering degree or Master’s degree, with a specialization in civil engineering
- Demonstrated expertise in concrete and masonry defects, soil mechanics, strength of materials, and civil engineering
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
