About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead master plans for drinking water supply and wastewater management, including wastewater and stormwater
- Conduct diagnostic studies, propose works programs, and carry out tariff studies
- Produce GIS mapping: network plans, construction plans, and flood-zone maps
- Conduct asset studies of networks and infrastructure
- Provide owner’s engineering and project management assistance (AMO)
- Plan workloads
- Supervise deliverables, monitor project progress, and oversee project finances
- Participate in client meetings and lead meetings
- Contribute to tender responses and pre-sales activities
- Manage the design and engineering team
- Monitor projects in terms of contractual and accounting commitments
- Manage relationships with contractors
- Participate in the agency’s field projects under the supervision of the Agency Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- Civil or hydraulic engineer with an engineering degree or equivalent training, particularly from ENGEES, ENSE3, ENSEEIHT, or ENSIP
- At least 5 years of experience in water engineering
- Demonstrated expertise in urban hydraulics
- Strong knowledge of public procurement contracts
- Confident team leadership and facilitation skills
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges
