About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to drinking water, wastewater and stormwater studies
- Lead drinking water and wastewater master plans
- Conduct diagnostic studies, propose works programs and carry out tariff studies
- Produce GIS mapping, including network plans, works plans and flood-zone maps
- Conduct asset management studies of networks and infrastructure
- Provide owner’s engineering support (AMO) for technical assignments related to the urban water cycle
- Plan workloads
- Supervise deliverables, project monitoring and the financial aspects of assignments
- Contribute to tender responses and pre-sales activities
- Participate in commercial meetings and lead workshops and meetings
- Monitor assignments from contractual and accounting perspectives
- Contribute to the agency’s field projects under the responsibility of the Branch Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in civil engineering or water engineering, particularly from ENGEES, ENSE3, ENSEEIHT or ENSIP
- At least 5 years’ experience in water engineering
- Proven expertise in urban water engineering
- Proficiency in public procurement and contracting
- Strong team facilitation skills
- Ability to take on new responsibilities
