About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to drinking water, wastewater and stormwater studies
  • Lead drinking water and wastewater master plans
  • Conduct diagnostic studies, develop works program proposals and carry out tariff studies
  • Produce GIS mapping, including network plans, works plans and flood-prone area maps
  • Conduct asset management studies of networks and infrastructure
  • Provide technical assistance to project owners
  • Plan the team's workload
  • Oversee deliverables, project progress and financial performance
  • Contribute to tender responses and pre-sales activities
  • Participate in client meetings and lead workshops
  • Monitor projects with regard to contractual and accounting commitments
  • Participate in all agency projects in the field under the supervision of the Agency Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or engineering qualification in civil engineering or water engineering, particularly from ENGEES, ENSE3, ENSEEIHT or ENSIP
  • At least 5 years of experience in water engineering
  • Proven expertise in urban water infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement procedures
  • Ability to resolve complex technical challenges
  • Strong team leadership and facilitation skills
