Key responsibilities & impact

Design scalable data platforms, pipelines, integration and analytics solutions
Work across modern cloud technologies including Databricks, Snowflake and the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions
Guide and mentor consultants and contribute to a strong engineering culture
Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders
Identify opportunities to create additional value for clients
Contribute to proposals and solution shaping
Work across varied and challenging Data & AI engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience across data engineering, architecture or analytics consulting
Comfortable operating directly with clients
Experience with modern data engineering and data modelling
Experience with cloud data platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, Azure or comparable technologies
Databricks experience essential
Experience with SQL and modern data integration/ELT patterns
Experience with data quality, governance and sustainable engineering practices
Experience leading projects or small technical teams
Consulting, advisory or client-facing delivery experience
Strong foundations, sound technical judgement and ability to learn
Ability to solve ambiguous problems and challenge thinking respectfully
Ability to discuss architecture with engineers and explain solution value to executive stakeholders
