Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience across data engineering, architecture or analytics consulting
- Comfortable operating directly with clients
- Experience with modern data engineering and data modelling
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure or comparable technologies
- Databricks experience essential
- SQL and modern data integration/ELT patterns
- Data quality, governance and sustainable engineering practices
- Experience leading projects or small technical teams
- Consulting, advisory or client-facing delivery experience
- Strong foundations, sound technical judgement and ability to learn
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and challenge thinking respectfully
- Ability to communicate architecture with engineers and explain solution value to executive stakeholders
