About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, prioritize, and track projects through clearly defined activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive timely execution
- Manage vendor performance and support facilities and lease management related activities
- Oversee command-centre activities, including access control and CCTV monitoring
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates
- Identify operational issues, coordinate resolution, and follow through to closure
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration
- Support general project management, vendor coordination, and facilities and GRC-related operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of experience in general project management, PMO, operations, or vendor management
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
- Good judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Ability to break projects into activity-level tasks and track them to completion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Graduate with a strong educational background
- Based in Bangalore
- Comfortable with the hybrid work model and mid-shift
- Immediate joiner or candidate available at short notice
- Adaptable, well-spoken professional with the ability to learn facilities-related processes
- Technical facilities or IT project-management experience is not mandatory
