About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report to the Director of Enterprise Business Applications
Partner with business stakeholders and the Enterprise Applications team to translate go-to-market needs into Salesforce solutions
Understand go-to-market requirements and assess current processes
Develop requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution recommendations
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and Enterprise Applications team members on solution design and delivery
Contribute hands-on to Salesforce configuration using standard capabilities
Analyze workflows and identify gaps and inefficiencies
Implement changes to improve business processes and Salesforce data quality
Support reporting and dashboard requirements
Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing
Validate solutions against business requirements and investigate issues
Contribute to documentation, training, and change management
Help users adopt new Salesforce functionality and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with stakeholders to understand business needs and assess processes
Ability to translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications
Knowledge of Salesforce functionality, including standard and custom objects, relationships, reports, dashboards, automation, and access controls
Ability to contribute directly to Salesforce configuration
Experience supporting solution delivery through testing, validation, and implementation
Ability to work with technical teams to resolve issues
Experience assessing data quality
Ability to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Ability to build relationships with business and technical stakeholders
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification considered an asset
