About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act with autonomy, technical precision, and strategic insight in handling medium-complexity advisory and litigation matters.
Ensure legal security and risk mitigation for clients.
Support the technical development of junior attorneys and interns within the practice group.
Draft pleadings and appeals and handle strategic civil litigation matters.
Prepare legal opinions, risk analyses, preventive legal consultations, and contract drafts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client portfolio management and strategic alignment.
Conduct evidentiary hearings, conciliation/mediation sessions, and oral arguments.
Mentor and technically review the work of junior attorneys and interns.
Oversee compliance with procedural deadlines and manage department performance indicators.
Prepare contingency and provision reports for clients and management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active and regular registration with the São Paulo State Bar Association (OAB/SP).
Postgraduate degree or specialization, completed or in progress, in Civil Procedure, Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, or related fields.
Residence in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, or nearby areas.
Availability for on-site/hybrid work and travel to meet with clients.
Strong knowledge of Real Estate, Condominium, Consumer, Administrative, Family, Statutory, Insolvency, and Civil Liability Law.
Experience in strategic litigation and civil advisory matters.
Proficiency in legal management software and legal analytics (jurimetrics) tools.
Law degree.
