About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant insurance products and services
- Generate customer interest and qualify leads
- Conduct effective product presentations and clearly explain policy benefits
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication
- Schedule or facilitate discussions with the relevant sales team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve assigned performance, sales, and lead-conversion targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Hindi and English
- Prior experience in Telesales, Insurance, or BFSI will be an added advantage
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a Work From Home environment
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
