Use clinical expertise, patient history, and remote diagnostic tools to provide diagnoses and assessments in a virtual setting
Order, interpret, and follow up on lab tests using digital platforms to personalize and coordinate patient care plans
Electronically write prescriptions and explain usage, administration, and possible side effects through virtual or written communication
Collaborate with physicians, fellow APPs, and the extended care team to deliver coordinated, patient-first care
Respond to emerging challenges with creative, patient-centered solutions for virtual care

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active, unrestricted license as an APP
NPs must hold a compact nursing license
NPs must be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Minimum of five (5) years practicing independently managing patient care as an APP in a family, primary, or urgent care setting
Experience using digital tools and platforms to deliver virtual care, including urgent virtual visits, chronic care follow-up, and mental health conversations in a patient-facing care setting
Experience coordinating care plans with physicians and the broader care team
Strong communication and digital literacy skills
Four (4) 10-hour days with rotating weekends; current available shift is 12PM to 10PM MST
Applicants must live in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Ohio, or Texas
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required
