About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and evolve the product vision and roadmap, connecting business objectives, user needs, and squad capacity.
Lead discovery to understand problems, assess opportunities, and validate solutions before development.
Prioritize the backlog based on business value, operational impact, effort, and dependencies.
Negotiate priorities, scope, and expectations with stakeholders, clearly communicating decisions and their impact.
Lead decisions regarding global standards and local needs, seeking reusable and sustainable solutions.
Work with engineering and architecture teams to evolve inputs, outputs, and integrations, taking into account the capabilities and limitations of Blue Yonder’s TMS.
Define and track success metrics, such as adoption of standards, data quality, integration reliability, and reduced rework.
Monitor solutions after implementation and guide improvements based on data and feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with responsibility for roadmap, prioritization, and outcomes.
Experience making product decisions autonomously in environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Ability to negotiate with senior leadership, present recommendations, and support decisions with data and business rationale.
Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data flows to discuss alternatives and dependencies with technical teams.
Experience with discovery, metric definition, and results analysis.
Ability to translate complex problems into clear objectives and priorities for a cross-functional squad.
Experience with TMS, especially Blue Yonder.
Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
Experience with enterprise products, platforms, or integrations.
Experience working with global teams and standardization initiatives across markets.
English proficiency for interaction with international teams and stakeholders.
