What you’ll need- Solid experience leading Software Engineering teams

- Experience with Agile methodologies and digital product development
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making based on engineering metrics and KPIs
- Knowledge of and interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and automation applied to Engineering
- Experience in technology transformation, platform modernization, and continuous improvement
