Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and system components
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas to improve architecture and performance
Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver high-quality features
Support the team in delivering on goals and improving existing systems
Monitor the performance and reliability of delivered solutions and help drive improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2-4 years of experience in Software Engineering, having built web applications, products and solutions in production environments
Python experience
Hands-on experience with at least one more backend language (Node.js, Java, Go, PHP, etc.)
Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Experience with Docker and containers
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with AI-assisted coding
Background in startups or high-growth environments (nice to have)
Experience in B2B environments (nice to have)
Familiarity with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) (nice to have)
Experience in building AI-driven products (nice to have)
