About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary QA reference for the project, ensuring quality standards and acceptance criteria are met
- Validate end-to-end solutions across Angular applications, APIs, backend services, and Ansible-based automation processes
- Define, execute, and maintain test strategies, test cases, regression testing, and automated test coverage
- Identify, analyze, prioritize, and track defects, providing clear feedback to development teams
- Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to validate deployments, automation workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release readiness
- Ensure traceability between requirements, testing activities, and reported defects
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, automation practices, and quality standards
- Execute functional, integration, API, regression, and automation testing activities
- Validate Angular frontend developments, backend integrations, REST APIs, and Ansible automations
- Create and maintain automated test scripts and test scenarios
- Perform API testing using Bruno or similar tools
- Support release validation, production readiness, and CI/CD testing activities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with flexibility and 1–2 days on-site
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience testing Angular web applications and REST APIs
- Knowledge of frontend and backend application architectures
- Experience with Jira and defect management processes
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Python (ETL), Spock/Geb, or similar
- Experience creating and maintaining automated regression tests
- Understanding of CI/CD testing practices and quality gates
- Knowledge of Ansible Automation Platform, Ansible playbooks, and infrastructure automation concepts
- Experience validating automation workflows, deployment procedures, and operational processes
- Ability to collaborate with DevOps teams to validate application and infrastructure deployments
- Experience with API testing tools such as Bruno or similar
- Experience using Bitbucket or equivalent Git-based source control tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Bitbucket Pipelines
- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent (nice to have)
- Advanced English (C1) (nice to have)
- Previous experience in Software Testing/QA, including web applications and APIs (nice to have)
- Experience in Agile environments (nice to have)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift (nice to have)
- Splunk, Kibana, Grafana (nice to have)
- Xray, Zephyr, TestRail (nice to have)
- Troubleshooting automation failures through logs and monitoring tools
