About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage customer demand from initial order placement through delivery
- Manage customer orders using all available resources
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service and resolve complex problems
- Identify and implement improved ways of working
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain and Operations throughout order fulfilment
- Advise customers and Sales of significant delays and help provide alternatives
- Coordinate rush shipments and monitor progress through delivery
- Share customer forecasts to support demand planning
- Manage potential shortages or delays with operations colleagues
- Manage customer finished goods levels and aged inventory
- Manage customer complaints
- Maintain knowledge through best practices and standard procedures
- Maintain OHSE and hygiene standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a similar position, preferably in a packaging or manufacturing environment
- Strong Excel skills appreciated
- Experience of SAP and Salesforce.com preferred
- Fluent in English & French
- Customer-focused
- Results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a multi-structure team
- Self-motivated
- Must comply with Amcor and local OHSE and hygiene standards
