About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the proper operation of machines, molds, peripherals, and other equipment through preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Assist with mold changes when necessary.
- Identify the need to purchase parts, request quotations from suppliers, and requisition parts from the warehouse through SAP.
- Keep the management boards for the areas under your responsibility up to date and implement the relevant action plans.
- Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan and propose improvements.
- Inspect, operate, and perform corrective actions on electrical panels, main low-voltage switchboards (QGBTs), and substations.
- Monitor utility equipment, follow specific procedures, and complete reports.
- Ensure product safety through the GMP methods implemented by the company.
- Report incidents that may affect product safety or the quality management system.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical education.
- Training in Electromechanics, Electrical and Electronic Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- Up-to-date Basic Safety Training for Electrical Installations and Services and Electrical Power Systems (SEP), in accordance with Brazil’s NR-10 standard.
