About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Coater and Blown Film extrusion operations
  • Assist with machine setup, changeovers, production runs, and shutdowns
  • Follow safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture
  • Operate Coater and Blown Film machines when qualified and as needed
  • Order and maintain resin box inventory to support production needs
  • Package mill rolls and manage scrap materials efficiently
  • Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Support 5S and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including cross-training opportunities
  • Understand and support product safety requirements
  • Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work a 12-hour schedule, including nights if assigned
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems and programs
  • Basic math, measurement, and reading skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform climbing, crouching, and reaching tasks
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
