About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support operation of Coater and Blown Film extrusion lines
  • Assist with machine setup, changeovers, production runs, and shutdowns
  • Follow safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture
  • Operate Coater or Blown Film machines when qualified and as needed to cover absences or vacations
  • Order and maintain resin box inventory for extrusion lines
  • Package mill rolls and manage scrap materials
  • Perform routine housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Support 5S and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including cross-training and flexible work assignments
  • Understand and support product safety requirements
  • Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of and ability to understand a computer and programs
  • Adequate math, measurement, and reading skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods; steel-toed shoes required
  • Ability to perform climbing, crouching, and reaching
  • Ability to work a 12-hour straight night or straight day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule
  • Employment authorization in the United States is verified through E-Verify
