About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and process all administrative HR processes from onboarding through offboarding
  • Prepare and administer employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other personnel documents
  • Maintain and update employee master data and personnel files
  • Support the preparation of the monthly payroll
  • Process vacation, sick leave, and absence data
  • Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and applicant management
  • Prepare reports and analyses
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative HR matters
  • Collaborate with external service providers, authorities, and social security institutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of HR processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training or degree, ideally with a focus on HR, or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in HR or personnel administration
  • Careful, structured, and reliable working style
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with HR or personnel management systems is an advantage
  • Discretion and a responsible approach to confidential employee data
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German
