Lead the Communications, Recognition, and Integration functions.
Manage payroll and oversee the timekeeping and attendance system.
Lead local audits and legal activities related to labor regulations.
Support processes and systems related to health, well-being, and safety.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in Human Resources and team leadership.
Availability to travel.
Experience with Talent Acquisition, Selection, and Development systems and processes (preferred).
Experience with personnel administration routines (preferred).
