About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are met
- Manage personnel and make effective use of available resources
- Supervise the maintenance area, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure employee safety through training and guidance
- Oversee the production plan, equipment and machinery setups, and maintenance
- Plan, execute, and monitor production tasks in coordination with the Planning team and other departments
- Prepare the maintenance budget and annual maintenance plan in collaboration with management
- Contact suppliers and contractors to request and evaluate quotations
- Issue purchase and service requisitions in the system
- Implement equipment improvements when necessary
- Develop employees using Human Resources tools
- Ensure product safety by applying GMP methods
- Report incidents that may affect product safety or the quality management system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed bachelor's degree
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Materials Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of people management (preferred)
- Basic computer, internet, and Microsoft Office skills (preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (a plus)
