About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise area activities by setting priorities, delegating tasks, and ensuring planned results are achieved
- Oversee production according to the schedule, reviewing production orders, deadlines, and priorities to optimize machine utilization and meet the Master Production Schedule and contracted delivery deadlines (DIFOT)
- Guide the team on process and machine improvement projects and new product development (NBO)
- Participate in CRM activities and monitor Nonconformance Reports (NCRs), coordinating corrective actions and resolution deadlines
- Supervise 6S activities, quality and safety audits, and compliance with procedures
- Monitor safety incidents, investigate root causes, and propose action plans
- Promote daily safety talks (DDS)
- Monitor area performance indicators and propose improvements to processes and machinery
- Manage human resources by training, guiding, monitoring attendance, planning vacations, and developing employees
- Organize area-specific training programs
- Oversee logistics and request the movement of materials and finished products
- Provide technical support on products to other units within the group
- Comply with requirements related to PPE, quality, safety, occupational health, the environment, and confidentiality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of NR-12 regulations
- Knowledge of the electroplating process
- Knowledge of the rotogravure printing process
- Knowledge of cutting and finishing processes
- Four years of experience in similar activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
