About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, coordinate and execute engineering and industrial projects end-to-end within the plant.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget and in compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and Gantt charts, identifying critical paths, milestones, dependencies and bottlenecks.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with suppliers and contractors on timelines and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, control costs and report deviations.
- Coordinate with internal Amcor departments regarding project activities, operational impacts and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and applicable regulations.
- Create, review and update engineering drawings and layouts using CAD tools.
- Liaise with Amcor PMO and regional/global stakeholders, providing project updates and collaborating in English.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans and resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, cost or safety.
- Support commissioning, start-up and project handover activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical Engineering studies, with a specialization in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Installations.
- At least 3 years or more of experience in the management of Industrial projects.
- Fluent english.
- AUTOCAD proficiency is necessary.
- Knowledge of CATIA, ProEngineer, Solidworks or similar systems is a plus.
- Own vehicle required, as AF Alzira is not served by public transport.
