About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Balance near-term demand with an optimal short-range supply plan across a network of like facilities
Maintain schedule integrity, reduce freight spend and maximize service
Enter and optimize intercompany orders across specific product lines and plants
Facilitate cross-qualification and setup of items within the manufacturing network
Provide analytical support to meet business needs
Serve as backup scheduler for specific facilities as needed
Tactically manage escalated expedited orders
Support deployment of Preactor Finite Scheduling and Logility Advanced Supply Chain Planning systems
Drive and monitor date management and schedule adherence
Lead the Supply-side order expedite (K2) process
Lead Sales & Operations Execution meetings with plants
Own the near-term planning horizon of 0–4 weeks
Coordinate cross-qualification activities across additional sites
Manage inventory parameters and pre-build settings
Lead Preactor enhancements and training initiatives
Provide foundational data from Cognos, Tableau and Logility
Lead continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, purchasing and/or customer service - preferred
3+ years production scheduling experience - required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications
Effectively communicate with customers, both external and internal
JDE experience – required
Logility and Preactor - preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detailed and strong multi-tasking skills
Green Belt Certification - preferred
Must have employment authorization in the United States
