About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance backend applications in Python and frontend applications in React
Create and maintain APIs, services, and image- and event-processing pipelines
Define and evolve the platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Optimize systems, databases, and high-volume data processing
Implement integrations between applications, IoT devices, sensors, and cloud services
Support deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and the maintenance of production environments
Use Git and participate in code reviews
Document solutions, processes, and technical decisions
Provide technical support to the team by sharing best practices and knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Engineering, or a related field
Strong experience in Full Stack development with Python and React
Knowledge of REST APIs, distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous processing
Experience with IoT protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, and RTSP
Knowledge of Linux, application monitoring, and log analysis
Experience with AWS, Docker, and cloud environments
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and deployment automation
Experience in high-availability, mission-critical production environments
Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions
Preferred: experience with Computer Vision, AI, YOLO, Pose Estimation, and Depth Estimation
Preferred: knowledge of TensorRT, ONNX, MLflow, Kubernetes, EKS, Terraform, AWS CDK, Prometheus, ELK, Loki, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, ESP32, and IoT solutions
